Software that offers strategic insights to leaders on their industrial assets.
Luka Technologies builds PI, an asset-operations platform for manufacturing plants, utilities, oil & gas installations, and infrastructure operators — designed to run on the monitoring a site already has, not the monitoring it would have to buy. This page lays out what's built, what's next, who we sell to, and exactly where we stand today.
Three modules, in production, sold as one bundle: PI.
Plants running this scope today typically stitch it together across five to ten disconnected tools and spreadsheets. This is the part PI already replaces — deployed together, demoable now, not a projection.
Inventory Management
Spare parts and consumables tracked against usage, so procurement is based on what's actually on the shelf.
Maintenance Management
Work orders raised, assigned and tracked from issue to close, across preventive and corrective maintenance.
Procurement Insights
Spend and supplier data connected to maintenance and inventory activity, so purchasing reflects real need.
Less infrastructure to buy, less friction to sell.
Every competitor selling a heavier infrastructure lift is also selling a longer, riskier sales cycle. Ours is built to close faster and land cheaper — which matters more early, while we're proving the model, than it will once we have scale.
Requires new IoT sensors and monitoring hardware, often before rollout — a capital ask that stalls or kills deals inside industrial procurement cycles.
Runs on the condition and monitoring data a site already has. No new hardware ask, a lower bar to a first paid site, and a shorter path from pitch to signature.
Four weeks. One site. Our risk, not the buyer's.
A sales mechanism as much as a delivery target: an enterprise buyer's biggest fear is a rollout that drags. We remove that fear for the first site — including field access for technicians — inside four weeks, or we absorb the cost.
Client sends us two things
The equipment list they want covered, and their users with user types — so role-based access is set from day one.
We configure and load
Registry, roles and permissions are built out in PI, ready for the first site.
Live, in the field
Technicians are working out of PI on-site — field access included, not a sandbox or staging environment.
Their equipment list for the site, plus user and user-type details for role-based access. That's it.
If the client isn't onboarded and in the field within four weeks, we subsidize the cost of the next module they roll out with us.
Sell to the C-suite. Land with plant managers.
The primary buyer is the C-suite — CEO, COO, CFO — evaluating cost leadership and capital allocation across asset strategy. Plant managers and supervisors are the secondary target and the day-to-day champions who put the product to work on the floor.
C-suite
CEO, COO, CFO — bought in on cost leadership, capital allocation and asset strategy across sites.
Plant managers & supervisors
The day-to-day champions — adopt PI on the floor and prove the value the C-suite bought into.
Who we sell to
Who uses PI day to day
One platform, the full asset lifecycle.
Four modules are live today. Seven more extend PI from day-to-day operations into compliance, capital planning, workforce and sustainability — sold and adopted module by module as each customer is ready.
Equipment & asset registry
Real-time condition and health monitoring.
Maintenance planning
Preventive and corrective, work order issue and tracking.
Inventory & procurement
Spare parts and consumables management, predictive procurement.
Dashboards & reporting
Role-based dashboards and analytics across every module above.
Permit-to-work
Issuance and safety compliance workflows.
Regulatory compliance
Statutory licence, certificate and compliance tracking.
CAPEX planning
Capital expenditure and asset replacement decision support.
Internal audit
Audit management with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) workflows.
Manpower management
Skills matrices, training records and leave administration.
Process & SOPs
Process and standard operating procedure documentation.
Decarbonisation
Carbon emissions accounting and Kaizen continuous-improvement tracking.
Pre-pilot. Demo-ready. Booking first sites.
The proof points, KPIs and performance figures shown on the customer-facing product site are illustrative only — they describe what PI is designed to demonstrate in a demo, not results measured from a live client engagement.
We do not have a pilot running with any client today. Every demo is scheduled directly with an interested prospect, and the four-week onboarding above is the same process we would run for that first live site.
Let's talk.
Happy to walk through the product, the roadmap, or the model in more detail — live demo included.
